    Who Is Luke Medvegy?


    Luke Medvegy is a senior executive, strategist, and board-level advisor with more than 23 years of leadership experience spanning the U.S. Army, government, Fortune 500 industry, and founder led enterprises.


    He is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel who led complex, high-risk operations across 40+ countries, commanded and developed leaders at every level, and later served as a graduate-level educator at the Command and General Staff College. After military service, Luke transitioned into the private sector, serving in enterprise leadership roles including Chief of Staff for a Fortune 500 organization supporting a 400-person global operation across 14 countries.


    Today, Luke operates at the intersection of governance, strategy, and execution, helping organizations navigate growth, complexity, transformation, and inflection points with discipline and clarity.
